The photo-journalist Mazen Mahdi summoned

The photo-journalist Mazen Mahdi was summoned and questioned for two hours, mainly about his Twitter activities during demonstrations, his work for the German news agency DPA and his alleged links with Lebanese and Iranian media. He was handcuffed and blindfolded, beaten several times and threatened with torture. Mahdi was previously detained briefly in March for taking photos of thugs attacking shops.
