20.04 - Japan : right-wing extremist arrested for throwing Molotov cocktail at newspaper's headquarters Far-right activist Motohide Hiraoka, 42, was arrested on 18 April on suspicion of throwing a Molotov cocktail at the entrance to the Tokyo headquarters of the business daily Nikkei on the night of 20 July 2005. The device caused no damage or injuries as it did not explode. Police said Hiraoka accused the newspaper of "manipulating public opinion" in an article about the Yasukuni shrine.
