A group of foreign journalists was prevented from covering a rally

A group of foreign journalists was prevented from covering a rally at the Tajoura mosque (14 km east of Tripoli). Several men in uniform approached the group and told them that they were not authorized to be in the area. They were then taken back to their hotel. A representative of the Libyan government who accompanied them told them that the presence of foreign media encouraged violence.
