Ailing journalist unable to pay bail, held for more than 10 months
Reporters Without Borders voiced concern today about the danger of continuing to detain journalist Mohammad Sadegh Kabovand after he suffered an attack of dizziness yesterday in his cell in Tehran's Evin prison. "The slowness with which the case is being handled and the pressure to which he is exposed in prison do not augur well for the outcome,” the press freedom organisation said.
